Reborn Heels is an online store offering curated, pre-loved, and revived women’s footwear. All items are sold “as described” with clear condition grading and photos.  We strive to provide accurate product information, however slight variations may occur due to the nature of thrift products.

By using this site, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only.

You will provide accurate account, shipping, and billing details.

All shoes listed are pre-owned and go through a quality check and cleaning process before being listed.

Condition grades (e.g., Like New, Excellent, Very Good, Good, Leftover) are provided to help you make informed decisions.

As products are thrifted, slight wear or cosmetic imperfections may be present.

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock unavailability.

We offer delivery across Pakistan.

Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 2,500.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Reborn Heels is not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping information.

We offer a 7-day easy exchange policy.  Items can be exchanged if:

The product received is incorrect or not as described.

The product is in the same condition as delivered (unworn, undamaged).

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless it’s a seller error.

Refunds are not offered; only exchanges or store credit may be applicable.
